Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data this role you will work with complex datasets to uncover insights identify trends and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful reports dashboards and analytical tools.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyse large structured datasets to identify trends patterns and business opportunities.

• Extract clean and transform data using SQL Python or R.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope KPIs and reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Preferred Power BI).

• Document user stories data flow diagrams and data standards.

• Provide technical support for reporting solutions and troubleshoot data issues.

• Ensure data accuracy and validate results through audits and quality checks.

• Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for business users.

• Maintain and update BI documentation and self-service guides.

• Leverage GenAI and AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis generate insights automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve productivity while ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy and business relevance.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in data science Computer Science Statistics Business Analytics or related field.

• 36 years of experience in a data analyst BI analyst BI Developer or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI

• Experience in visualizing and presenting analytical results effectively.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis extraction and transformation.

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and modelling.

• Understanding of data warehouse concepts database structures and ETL processes.

• Knowledge of machine learning predictive modelling and optimization techniques is good.

• Hands-on experience or familiarity with GenAI/AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Claude or similar platforms for data analysis documentation insight generation and workflow automation.

• Ability to interpret and communicate outputs from AI/ML models.
