Establish new client engagements
Serve as the primary client interface for your assignedregion(s)
Ability to open new interactions across the MFG clients (covering Aero Auto Defence and Industrial Manufacturing)
Strong experience throughoutthe full opportunity lifecycle: identify qualify propose and close opportunities
Build strong trusted relationships with senior and Clevel stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client priorities and aligning Infosys solutions
Partner with delivery consulting and solution teams to ensure successful execution Ensure commitments on scope quality timelines and outcomes are met Proactively manage risks escalations and client expectations Drive high client satisfaction and longterm account stability
Contribute to and execute the account plan including growth targets and relationship mapping Identify whitespace opportunities and expansion areas Support pricing commercials and governance discussions
Track account performance and support P&L objectives
Required qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience 10 years of experience innew business developmentcold calling client/segment mapping services sales or consulting Strong background in business development andsolid industry network Experience working with manufacturing clients(Aero Auto Defence and Industrial Manufacturing)or within the manufacturing industry Proven ability to build relationships with senior and executivelevel stakeholders Handson experience creating proposals and leading client presentations Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience working across a variety of IT and business consulting engagements Experience with industryspecific gotomarket solutions Understanding of manufacturing business drivers and industry challenges Experience working within a global delivery model Ability to lead and coordinate large multilocation teams Track record of scaling and growing client accounts in a highgrowth environment
