TheAssembly Technicianis responsible for performing hands-on production and assembly activities to deliver high-quality instruments in line with defined standards cycle times and safety requirements. This role contributes directly to daily production output and product quality within the manufacturing operation.
This position reports to the Medical Assembly Lead and is part ofthe Assembly Integration team located in Singaporeand willbe an on-site role.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Assemble test and troubleshoot instruments by following defined methods sequences of operation and standard cycle times to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Work independently on routine production and technical issues analysing problems and escalating more complex topics to engineers when required.
- Maintain accurate production documentation support good workmanship standards and contribute to continuous improvement of assembly and production processes.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Electronic or related discipline) or equivalent years of working experience.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in an assembly production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to perform instrumentlevel troubleshooting and basic problemsolving in a production setting.
