• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.

• Monitor market trends competitor activities and management reports.
• Support in organizing promotional activities and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Good understanding of sales processes and documentation.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment or machinery is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
