Winder Operator

Basic Function

To process the jumbo rolls from the machine to the required sizes as mentioned in the job order given by PM operator without any quality defects out of the winder.

Duties & Responsibilities

Follow the operations of winder and run with maximum output

Observe the roll condition and inform dry end operator/shift leader for any defects

Responsible to control physical defects like crease trim overflow and piping etc. correct size correct reel diameter as per JOS and good Intel hardness of reel as per QC standard and responsible for any defect due to winder operations

Insertion of core and reel tapping

Coordination with maintenance for any issue related

Running winder at design speed

Winder Production rolls as SAP generated roll card

Min. Education & Skills Required

Successfully completed High School or industrial school with 3-5 years experience in tissue mills

Good knowledge of English (Basic Level) is required
