As a Warehouse and Distribution Manager supporting our Supply Chain Customer Service and Commercial Operations teams you will be trusted to drive logistics excellence third-party logistics (3PL) performance and inventory management across our distribution network in Saudi Arabia. In this role a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to deliver exceptional customer service levels while optimizing warehousing transportation and inventory performance.
• Managing 3PL operations through regular performance reviews monitoring key service level agreements (SLAs) implementing corrective actions and ensuring on-time accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Leading logistics budgeting cost-to-serve analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to identify savings opportunities across inbound logistics warehousing transportation and reverse logistics while maintaining service excellence.
• Developing analytics dashboards and operational reporting to provide visibility of inventory logistics performance stock discrepancies and process improvement opportunities enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Driving operational excellence projects and ensuring compliance with quality customs trade security environmental health safety and regulatory requirements while fostering strong partnerships across Supply Chain Customer Service Finance Sales and external logistics providers.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics warehousing distribution or supply chain roles within a multinational organization; experience in Medical Devices Pharmaceutical Healthcare or FMCG industries preferred.
• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) warehouse operations inventory control transportation and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data develop dashboards and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management negotiation and project management skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
