VIE Patient Engagement AI Specialist (MFD)

Vitalaire Arabia (VAA) is a recognized leader in sleep apnea management and a rapidly growing provider of innovative diabetes care solutions. Established in late 2017 our mission is to improve patient lives by simplifying condition management through a Value-Based Healthcare strategy delivering better health outcomes while optimizing costs for payors. Fueling our growth is a dynamic multicultural team of over 50 professionals representing more than 12 nationalities fostering a collaborative environment where languages like Arabic English and French are commonly spoken.

We are currently launching a significant initiative in partnership with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Health Holding Company Diabetes Centers supporting thousands of patients living with diabetes. A cornerstone of this project involves leveraging advanced data analytics and AI. VAA will process patient data to identify critical patterns related to diabetes management predict the risk of complications and provide crucial medico-economic insights demonstrating cost-saving opportunities to our public health partners.

This flagship project is aligned and integrated with the TechCare Ecosystem. We aim to accelerate data analysis and automation to offer comprehensive data-driven solutions to key clients like the Health Holding Company and MoH. Our goal is to integrate best-in-class device dispensing with personalized care plans and predictive risk modeling ultimately enhancing patient care and delivering significant value across the healthcare system in KSA.

The Patient Engagement AI Specialist will work in the Diabetes Business Unit. The key responsabilities are the following :

Develop & Deploy AI Engagement Models:
Design and implement AI models using patient data (behavioral clinical interaction) to understand engagement drivers predict behavior and personalize interventions (communications prompts) that boost participation and adherence.

AI Innovation & Future Requirements:
Monitor relevant AI/ML advancements in digital health engagement; evaluate and propose novel AI applications (e.g. chatbots predictive alerts) to improve patient experience; analyze competitor approaches and help define future requirements for new tenders.

Data Analysis :
Analyze diverse patient data to uncover factors influencing engagement. Generate AI-driven predictive insights on engagement trends disengagement risks and opportunities for proactive support.

Data Strategy & MOH Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including the MOH AI team to facilitate data integration (e.g. incorporating Vitalaires data into MOH dashboards) ensure faisability and data quality and define the specs for upcoming tenders.

Masters degree in Data ScienceComputer Science or Engineering with a strong specialization or thesis focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI)
