The purpose of this role is to edit and produce high quality video content for institutional communications across digital platforms ensuring outputs are polished on brand and optimized for publishing.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble videos for digital channels including promos interviews event recaps and internal content
- Apply pacing sound design basic color correction subtitles and simple motion elements as needed
- Export platform ready deliverables in the required formats sizes and aspect ratios
- Organize and manage footage project files and version control to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with creatives and stakeholders to interpret briefs and manage feedback cycles
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines quality standards and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Media Production Film Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in video editing and post production
- Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating storytelling pacing and technical quality
