The opportunity

To build and growth in performs routine tests through a lean & flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time and control the quality of GIS / Maintain Test Report Database and Contribute actively to improving manufacturing process and maintaining safe and clean work environment.

How youll make an impact

• Perform Assembly repair and routine tests (Mechanical 10KV HV functional & resistance measurements) of GIS bays (including components & modules) according to the prepared work instructions drawings bill of materials checklists guidelines and customer order data.
• Fulfill orders related work packages according to production data and instructions and Selfcheck of work packages results filling out and confirming on assigned checklists and protocols.
• Target the best performance in terms of quality cost and delivery time.
• Adequate handling of factory equipment and tools maintain test equipment and sustain proper continuous calibration.
• Quality control and immediate escalation of Quality issues. Record deviation support root cause of failure and write quality problem / nonconformance reports.
• Support of gathering product improvement comment/feedback from the GIS LSC (local Service Center) engineers actively support teamwork effectively communicate and collaborate with internal customer/ stakeholder/ colleague (assembly testing ..
• Independently follow the factory rules & guidelines related to safety quality environment recycling and housekeeping and maintain safe working environment by following HSE guidelines and reporting of any irregularities to superiors.
• Contribute actively to continues improvement process and Lean culture and Providing feedback sharing ideas and observations whenever possible.
• Employees shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements

Your background

• A bachelors degree Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• More than 58 Years of experience in laboratory or testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Reading and understanding technical drawing and material lists.
• Understanding lean concept & minimizing all 7 related wastes and a Team player.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
