Job Summary

  • Supervise the daily operation of the Teens Club and ensure activities run smoothly and safely.
  • Plan organize and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities including sports games creative activities social events and entertainment.
  • Ensure teenagers are properly registered and that required parent/guardian information and consent documentation is completed.
  • Maintain a safe clean organized and welcoming Teens Club environment.
  • Inspect games equipment facilities and activity areas to ensure they are safe and suitable for use.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Rixos policies procedures and safety standards.
  • Supervise Teens Club activities and ensure appropriate levels of supervision are maintained.
  • Respond appropriately to accidents incidents emergencies behavioral concerns and other unusual situations.
  • Complete and submit incident reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain professional communication with teenagers parents/guardians hotel guests and colleagues.
  • Keep the Assistant Entertainment Manager and Team Leader informed of any important or unusual situations.
  • Train and guide Teens Club team members on operational service and safety procedures.
  • Support the Entertainment team with events activities and other hotel programs when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guest family and teenager information.
  • Ensure compliance with the hotels Integrated Management System Rixos policies SOPs and applicable local requirements.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant Entertainment Manager or Director of Entertainment.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Recreation Education Sports Tourism or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a Teens Club Kids Club recreation entertainment youth activities sports hospitality or resort environment is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working with teenagers in a professional environment is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
