The Early Career Training program is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learning understanding and executing the repairing & preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining back-office reporting test reports and maintaining customer documentations at site.
- Consultation Co-coordination with OEM for unsolved repair problems.
- Provide technical assistance as needed for the installation or pre-arrangement of projects.
- Performed all duties as part of a team or as site lead to allocate the responsibilities to site team.
- Participate in Safety Quality and Productivity Continuous Improvement
- Understanding of safety importance at site Perform LOTO operations.
Required qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Willing to work at various sites in the kingdom
