Job Summary

  • Manage and supervise all technical office activities across assigned projects.
  • Review architectural civil and detailed shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
  • Oversee quantity take-offs BOQs material submittals and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with design site procurement project management consultants and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve technical conflicts and execution-related issues.
  • Review variation orders technical claims and project-related documentation.
  • Monitor the preparation and submission of RFIs MIRs and technical reports.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all technical deliverables.
  • Lead the technical office team assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Support project teams in achieving technical quality cost and schedule objectives.

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience including supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong background in contracting fit-out finishing design-and-build residential or commercial projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction drawings specifications BOQs and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Revit or BIM is considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership coordination reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in Riyadh-based projects is preferred.



  • Required Skills:

    Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Project Management or a related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in project planning scheduling and project control. Strong experience in contracting real estate development design & build projects finishing works landscaping or villa projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel reporting dashboards and progress tracking. Ability to prepare update and monitor project schedules and baseline programs. Experience in tracking project progress delays deviations risks and corrective action plans. Ability to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Good knowledge of delay analysis and Extension of Time requests. Knowledge of EVM cost control and cash flow is a plus. Strong coordination skills with project teams technical office procurement and management. Good communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work remotely and follow up with teams effectively.
