Talent Acquisition Specialist (Riyadh)

We are seeking a Recruiter to source screen and hire qualified candidates for Riyadh roles. You will manage the full recruiting pipeline end-to-end while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience ensuring hiring goals are met on time and within budget.

Own the recruiting lifecycle for Riyadh openingsdriving efficient sourcing accurate pipeline management timely interview coordination and data-informed reporting to ensure open roles are filled within agreed timeframes while improving candidate experience and retention.

• Proven sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel approaches

• Ability to track recruiting metrics and produce recruiting analytics/reporting
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
