Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably within engineering construction energy or oil and gas.
  • Strong sourcing stakeholder management and candidate assessment skills.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR systems/ATS.
  • Strong communication organization and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source screen interview and assess candidates across various disciplines.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews offers approvals and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent sourcing activities to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth handover of selected candidates to the Mobilization and People teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
