Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to lead the design implementation and management of enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Microsoft technologies modern development frameworks cybersecurity and infrastructure automation. Prior experience in the Health Insurance or regulatory sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprisegrade solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies including Dynamics CRM ERP SharePoint IIS and .NET platforms.
- Ensure secure scalable and highperforming solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Apply cybersecurity principles such as encryption secure coding access control and vulnerability management in solution design.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible for environment setup provisioning and automation.
- Contribute to application development using frameworks such as .NET Spring Angular and React.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead architecture review sessions and guide development teams on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and health insurance regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 9 years of handson experience in solution implementation and management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics CRM ERP SharePoint IIS .NET).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with modern development frameworks such as .NET Spring Angular and React.
- Prior experience in the Health Insurance domain or similar regulatory environments is highly desirable.
