Job Summary
MAB Consult is seeking a qualified and motivated Land Surveyor to join our Supervision Team in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and verify all surveying activities for construction projects in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site measurements topographic surveys setting out leveling and boundary verification.
- Review contractor survey data and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor and inspect survey works executed by contractors during construction.
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers Site Engineers and contractors to resolve survey-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records reports and as-built documentation.
- Ensure all surveying equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Verify horizontal and vertical control points and establish benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and health & safety requirements.
- Support the supervision team in delivering projects on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Surveying Engineering Geomatics Engineering Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 58 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in engineering consultancy or construction supervision projects.
- Proficiency in Total Station GPS/GNSS Auto Level and related surveying equipment.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
- Excellent communication reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary supervision team.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Surveying Engineering Geomatics Engineering Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
