Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals
• Responsible for developing building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals
• Responsible for following up on leads assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services
• Promotes and establishes education about the companys products and/or services
• Conducts market research including customer and competitor activities
• Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as necessary
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and development (R&D) Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering Medical Technology Nursing Clinical Sciences or a related healthcare field
• Based in Abha with prior experience in the Southern Region and solid exposure to Ministry of Health public and private sector accounts
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in medical devices clinical support healthcare services or a related industry preferably in surgical sales operating room environments or general surgery specialties
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage assigned projects while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired results
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel.
