To supervise showroom operations by managing staff ensuring excellent customer service maintaining visual standards and supporting sales performance to achieve business goals.

• Team Supervision: Supervise showroom staff assign daily tasks and ensure smooth coordination and productivity.
• Customer Service Management: Ensure customers receive excellent service resolve issues promptly and maintain satisfaction levels.
• Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance support the team in achieving targets and report progress to management.
• Visual Merchandising:Ensure product displays layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
• Stock Oversight: Monitor stock levels coordinate restocking and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Complaint Handling: Collect customer feedback resolve complaints and implement improvements where needed.
• Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs.

• Minimum three years of experience in retail operations.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
