The Supervisor will be responsible for managing cleaning operations leading staff ensuring compliance with company standards and coordinating schedules and tasks to achieve operational efficiency.
- Supervise and guide cleaning staff during daily operations
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards
- Assign tasks prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules
- Train and support staff on cleaning techniques and safety practices
- Report operational issues and provide improvement recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
Requirements
Experience: 23 years in a similar supervisory role (cleaning industry)
License: Valid driving license
Language: Arabic or English
