Strategic Accounts Manage, Consumables Category, Marketplace (Saudi National)

Amazon Marketplace is on a mission to make the go to platform for businesses across Saudi Arabia. As a Strategic Accounts Manager on the Consumables Category team you will be the strategic partner behind some of our highest potential Selling Partners by helping them launch scale and thrive. Youll combine sharp commercial instincts with data driven decision making to unlock growth opportunities shape category strategy and raise the bar on the seller experience. Key job responsibilities
Selling Partner Acquisition and Growth
- Identify prospect and recruit high potential merchants to via phone and email
- Manage and prioritize a seller pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Provide data driven insights and tailored advice to help new sellers optimize catalog inventory pricing and performance
- Spot category trends popular brands and seasonal opportunities to inform your outreach and seller coaching

Operational Excellence and Enablement
- Educate sellers on Amazons tools systems and standards for delivery and customer experience enabling them to become self sufficient
- Track business development results analyze portfolio data and translate reports into actionable recommendations
- Identify and act on input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships across your portfolio; serve as the primary point of escalation for seller issues and concerns
- Develop joint business plans and proactively manage seller engagement based on complexity and need
- Monitor satisfaction surveys and anecdotal feedback to surface trends and drive improvement plans

Process Improvement and Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve tools processes and service offerings that enhance the Selling Partner experience
- Define feature enhancements based on customer feedback data analysis and competitive gaps
- Contribute to strategic planning and raise the bar for the broader Marketplace organization

- 5 years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Speak write and read fluently in English

- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
- Speak write and read fluently in Arabic
