Job Summary

Basic Function

Responsible for managing the Stock Preparation with quantity and quality as per Product Mix within budgeted cost & Maintain Budget Yield.

Duties & Responsibilities

Keep the stock preparation equipment in good condition

Control manpower and overtime as per Budget

Maintain housekeeping at high level of standard

Control down time due to stock

Training of subordinates to make them capable to handle their area of responsibility

Make sure the arrangement of raw material as quantity & quality as per budget

Responsible for continuous feeding machines with pulp as per running capacity per budget cost and instructions from higher ups

Make sure to follow safety regulations by himself and his subordinates

Keep stock plant safe working conditions

Control Consistency and SR as requirement for different grades

Follow the instructions of Production Manager as routine job and responsibility

Supply pulp with good quality so as not to affect production disturbance and quality loss

Conduct any trial in stock plant

Daily SAP entries for the consumption and reconciliation weekly monthly as per Finance

Keep maintain process parameters log book

Responsible to audit IMS and related documentation



Requirements

Min. Education & Skills Required

Successfully completed high school or industrial school

A minimum total of 2 years experience in paper mills

Good knowledge of English (Basic Level) is required

Willingness to learn
