The Staff Support UH60M Training & Support Manager leads our Aviation Training Management Office (TMO) and Administrative Staff Group (ASG) as a comprehensive point of contact for MNG HQ G3/5 & G4 Officers and Staff. This role is critical in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of training and support services for MNG-AVN Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation training program management and administrative support within a US military context.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in aviation training management and administrative support within a military or aviation environment.
Former Army Command or HQDA staff officer experience desired.
Masters degree preferred.
Strong understanding of Army regulations and training management systems with specific experience in G21 ERP preferred.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills capable of managing a diverse team of specialists and coordinating with military personnel.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
