About the Role

Our client a leading automotive and car leasing company in Riyadh is seeking an experiencedSpare Parts Managerto oversee and manage all spare parts operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive industry excellent leadership abilities and deep knowledge of spare parts management for fleet and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spare parts operations for the automotive fleet
• Manage parts inventory procurement forecasting and vendor relationships
• Ensure availability of required parts for maintenance and repair teams
• Analyze stock levels reduce shortages and optimize inventory costs
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
• Lead and supervise the spare parts team to ensure smooth workflow
• Implement process improvements and maintain high service standards
• Coordinate with workshop maintenance and fleet management departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum57 years of experiencein spare parts management within theautomotive industry
• Experience incar leasing fleet management or rental companiesis highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of spare parts operations procurement and logistics
• Excellent communication leadership and team management skills
• Arab candidates or Saudi Nationals preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
