Job Summary

  • Validation of Construction Drawings:
  • Review and approve signalling construction drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the drawings
  • Ensure that all drawings are accurately documented and maintained for reference
  • Site Supervision:
  • Oversee the installation of signalling equipment and systems onsite.
  • Ensure that all work is performed according to the approved drawings and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
  • Installation Testing & Commissioning (T&C):
  • Supervise the installation of signalling systems and ensure they are correctly integrated into the monorail infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Develop and implement testing procedures to verify the functionality and performance of signalling systems.
  • Lead the commissioning process to ensure systems are operational and meet project requirements.
  • Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration of signalling systems with other monorail components and subsystems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address integration challenges and develop solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated systems to ensure reliability and safety .

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in signalling engineering preferably in rail or monorail projects.
  • Strong knowledge of signalling systems CBTC GOA4 standards and practices.
  • Experience in site supervision and project management.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
