Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage transition of portfolio project demand resource and financial data during cutover
- Support validation and migration of data from legacy PPM tools or spreadsheets into ServiceNow SPM
- Coordinate user provisioning dashboard/report setup and portfolio hierarchy alignment
- Support freeze/unfreeze planning for project and demand data
- Ensure project governance workflows are live and active post-cutover
- Liaise with PMO and IT stakeholders to align project statuses pre- and post-Go-Live
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-6 years working with ServiceNow including at least 2 years on the SPM module
- Hands-on experience with data migration demand & project setup and resource management in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile Hybrid and Waterfall project types in the SPM suite
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tables import sets and reporting/dashboarding
- Bonus: Experience with phased cutovers or dual-running PPM systems
