Job Summary
SLS Alliance is looking for an experienced Service Team Lead to manage field service teams across Saudi Arabia. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating the installation maintenance and support of parcel locker systems ensuring high service quality and stable equipment operation.
Mission
Build and develop an efficient regional service network that provides high-quality installation maintenance and technical support for parcel locker systems across Saudi Arabia.Requirements
- Experience managing service engineers or contractors
- Technical knowledge in hardware and electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work with tools and multimeters
- Experience coordinating field service operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English proficiency for reporting and coordination
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the work of field service engineers
- Coordinate installation maintenance and dismantling activities
- Monitor service quality and SLA compliance
- Verify full operability of devices on-site
- Prepare service reports and documentation
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Reduce repeat visits and technical issues
