Job Summary
Map current and futurestate service journeys
Facilitate cocreation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Develop personas journey maps blueprints and service concepts
Collaborate with researchers designers and strategists
Prototype and test service interactions and touchpoints
Qualifications :
Degree in Service Design Interaction Design UX or related fields
Strong skills in user research journey mapping and design thinking
Experience with Figma Miro or similar tools
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Curious collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity
