We are supporting search for the position of Senior UI/UX Designer / Product Designer with one of our clients in Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who operates with a product-owner mindset someone who leads user research drives design systems and owns end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery. You will work embedded within cross-functional squads alongside engineers product managers and consultants to ship high-quality digital experiences that serve both internal operators and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design: discovery research wireframing prototyping visual design usability testing and design system governance.
• Conduct generative and evaluative user research (interviews contextual inquiry usability testing) and synthesise findings into actionable design direction.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure consistency across platforms and accelerate engineering delivery.
• Champion server-driven UI approaches and design-engineering conventions that decouple design updates from app release cycles.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility resolve delivery blockers and maintain design quality through development.
• Influence product roadmaps by tying user behaviour data and research findings to business priorities and KPIs.
• Mentor junior designers; define design review processes standards and asynchronous collaboration workflows.
• Drive data-informed design decisions; use analytics and A/B insights to refine and optimise product experiences.

Must-Have Requirements

• 7 years of experience in UX/product design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work across complex digital products.
• Strong expertise in user research methods: generative interviews usability testing contextual inquiry persona development.
• Proficiency in Figma (design systems auto-layout prototyping component architecture).
• Experience building design systems from scratch in environments with engineering constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as both researcher and designer handling discovery through delivery.
• Background in B2B enterprise products fintech or complex operational software (not just consumer apps).

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer engineering or technical background enabling fluent collaboration with developers.
• Experience with 0-to-1 product builds in emerging or regulated markets.
• Arabic language skills for conducting user research with Arabic-speaking operators.
• Experience designing for GCC markets particularly KSA.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel Amplitude) for data-informed design.
• Prior work with offshore design teams or multi-cultural product squads.
