Senior Supply Chain Associate
Job Summary
1-Inventory Management
Monitor daily stock levels and update ERP records.
Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Identify low stock and near-expiry items.
Ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO and storage standards.
2-Receiving & Storage
Inspect deliveries against purchase orders.
Verify quantity batch and expiry dates.
Reject non-conforming items.
Create GRNs in ERP on the same day.
Store and label items correctly.
3-Issuance & Transfers
Process material requests from end users.
Execute stock transfers via ERP.
Apply FEFO principles in all movements.
Maintain accurate stock movement records.
4-Demand & Replenishment
Monitor stock against par levels.
Raise replenishment requests when needed.
Track consumption trends.
Escalate stock shortage risks.
5-Documentation & Reporting
Record all transactions in ERP daily.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare basic inventory reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
- Experience in ERP systems and inventory operations.
- Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO principles and expiry tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.
Required Skills:
