Senior Specification Specialist

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Architectural Engineering or a related structural/engineering discipline (mandatory). • Professional certification or registration with an engineering authority (e.g. Saudi Council of Engineers) is highly advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in specification management architectural technical sales or design/consulting roles in Saudi.
• Strong experience in architectural and sports venue projects (stadiums arenas indoor sports facilities large-scale developments).
• Proven track record of successful product specification and approvals within GCC projects.
• Strong understanding of building materials architectural systems structural requirements and construction codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings technical specifications and tender documents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial and technical coordination skills with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Female candidate with the ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC region is preferred.
