Senior Site Engineer

As a Senior Site Engineer you will assume a leadership role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our construction projects. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects driving excellence in construction practices and mentoring junior members of the site engineering team.

• On-Site Management:
  • Supervise all on-site construction activities including but not limited to structural installations concrete works and infrastructure development.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications safety regulations and quality standards.
• Quality Control:
  • Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and construction quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies.
• Schedule Adherence:
  • Monitor project progress and milestones and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Team Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel including engineers supervisors and laborers.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage teamwork to achieve project objectives.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between on-site teams project management subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques materials and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in site engineering roles preferably with exposure to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong exposure on large-scale construction projects particularly in stadium construction.
• Additional languages especially Arabic can be a plus.
• Open to work across all countries of the Middle East.
