Overview

The Senior Road Engineer leads road supervision activities ensures engineering compliance and provides technical expertise for major road and highway projects.

Your role

• Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• Review and approve design documents shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors and authorities.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor performance of asphalt plants crushing plants and field testing labs.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.

About you

• Bachelors/Masters in Civil Engineering.
• 1215 years experience in major road/highway projects.
• Expertise in road design standards pavement engineering and materials testing.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
