Senior Program Manager, AGS KSA

The MENAT Strategic Initiatives team drives cross-region programs in the Middle East North Africa and Turkey that accelerate cloud adoption deepen customer engagement and create measurable market alignment with Saudi Vision 2030s goals for economic diversification digital transformation and local talent development we are expanding our presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a Program Manager based in KSA who is hands-on comfortable with ambiguity and can operate independently across multiple workstreams. This role requires daily interaction with senior leadership (Directors VPs) and external stakeholders (C-suite customers government officials partners). You will be at the centre of execution not observing from the sidelines.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to influence without authority. You will work across sales professional services partner marketing and public sector teamsnone of which report to youyet you will need to drive them towards shared outcomes. This requires earning trust communicating with precision and holding teams accountable through clarity rather than hierarchy.
You will be responsible for articulating program progress risks and decisions to leadership in a way that is concise data-informed and actionable. Whether it is a weekly business review a campaign readout an executive briefing or a government engagement you will connect strategy to execution for your stakeholders.


Key job responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
Define program scope milestones success metrics and delivery timelines for cross-region initiatives with a focus on KSA market priorities
Build and maintain program plans and governance frameworks that keep complex programs on track
Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation through launch iteration and scale
Proactively identify risks and blockers escalate early and propose mitigation paths
Coordinate with local KSA stakeholders government entities and regulatory bodies to ensure program compliance and alignment with national priorities
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Engage with senior internal leaders (Directors GMs VPs) and external executivesincluding Saudi government officials and C-suite customersto drive alignment on priorities and resources
Navigate matrixed organisations to build consensus and secure commitments without direct authority
Serve as the connective tissue between sales professional services partner marketing and public sector teams
Represent the team in cross-functional forums leadership reviews and customer-facing engagements
Build and maintain relationships with Saudi public sector entities semi-government organisations and strategic partners
Communication & Reporting
Facilitate leadership reporting by producing crisp data-driven status updates dashboards and narrative documents (e.g. weekly business reviews MBRs QBRs)
Translate complex program details into clear executive summaries appropriate for VP-level and above
Document decisions action items and follow-ups; drive accountability across teams
Write compelling narratives (6-pagers PR/FAQs strategy documents) aligned to Amazons writing culture
Operational Excellence
Establish scalable mechanisms such as cadences templates tooling and reporting frameworks that increase team velocity
Manage budgets vendor relationships and procurement processes where applicable
Analyse data (pipeline coverage program metrics) to surface insights and drive decisions
Continuously improve processes through retrospectives automation and simplification
Support Saudization targets by identifying opportunities for local talent development and knowledge transfer within program teams
Event & Campaign Orchestration
Coordinate multi-stakeholder events conferences and campaigns (virtual and in-person) from planning through post-event analysiswith emphasis on KSA-based activations
Manage logistics timelines content development and vendor coordination
Drive post-event measurement and impact reporting


A day in the life
Your focus is keeping strategic programs moving. Youre the person everyone relies on to know where things stand and whats coming next. On any given day you might be running a kick-off for a cross-regional initiative updating timelines after a scope change triaging incoming requests facilitating a business review with senior leadership or aligning with a government stakeholder on an upcoming engagement.
Youll work closely with sales leaders solutions architects partner managers marketing and public sector teams. Occasionally youll step beyond day-to-day delivery to improve how the team operatesbuilding new workflows streamlining intake processes or standing up mechanisms that make collaboration easier. Youll navigate a multicultural environment and work across time zones with regional and global teams.


About the team

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences including senior leadership
- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions or experience using financial models KPIs and data analysis to support business decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal

- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Speak write and read fluently in Arabic
- AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or a similar cloud certification or Associates degree or above
- AWS AI Practitioner certification or demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts
- PMP PgMP PRINCE2 or equivalent program management certification
