Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Planning Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. - Develop and maintain integrated production and project schedules.
- Plan manufacturing activities for maximum productivity and resource utilization.
- Monitor schedule progress and implement recovery plans when required.
- Prepare weekly/monthly production plans and management reports.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement quality logistics and manufacturing teams.
- Perform capacity planning workload balancing and resource forecasting.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with API DNV and customer quality standards.
- Production & Project Scheduling Develop and manage integrated schedules.
- Capacity & Resource Planning Optimize manpower and equipment utilization.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Production planning and schedule management.
- API & DNV Standards Knowledge of API Q1 API 6A 16A 16C 16D 20E and DNV.
- Manufacturing Planning Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing expertise.
- Cost-loaded project scheduling
- Manufacturing workflow optimization
- Advanced reporting and KPI analysis
Candidates should possess extensive experience as a Planning Engineer within the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing industry. Experience in manufacturing planning for pressure control equipment valves wellhead systems drilling equipment or similar products is essential. Strong background in production scheduling project execution and resource optimization is required.
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- Preferred: Masters Degree or Project Management Certification.
- Additional Certifications: Primavera P6 / PMP (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HSE laws regulations and international standards. Expertise in risk assessment hazard identification and incident investigation. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to conduct audits and training programs effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
