Job Summary

* Develop update and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

* Drive planning activities across the full project lifecyclefrom design to execution

* Analyze critical paths identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure alignment between engineering procurement and construction timelines

* Support project performance through effective scheduling resource planning and cost alignment

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field

* Minimum 8 years of experience in planning for real estate or large-scale mixed-use projects

* Strong command of Primavera P6 and project controls practices

* Experience handling complex multi-phase developments

* KSA/GCC project exposure is a strong plus
