We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior MEP Contracts Claims & Planning Engineer in the Construction/MEP Contracting sector. Our client is a reputed organization seeking highly skilled professionals with expertise in contracts claims planning and electromechanical systems integration. Key Responsibilities
- Interpret FIDIC contract conditions and prepare contractual notices and claims.
- Conduct forensic delay analysis using Primavera P6 methodologies.
- Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and commercial claim documentation.
- Lead cost estimation variation analysis and payment certification reviews.
- Manage subcontractor commercial packages and financial evaluations.
- Oversee BIM coordination clash resolution and quantity validation.
- Lead technical office engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Conduct technical-commercial meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Primavera P6 Advanced planning CPM scheduling and delay modeling.
- FIDIC Contracts Contract interpretation and claims administration.
- Cost Estimation & Commercial Control Variations IPCs and forecasting.
- BIM Coordination Revit Navisworks and model-based quantity auditing.
- Integrated MEP Systems BMS SCADA HVAC Fire & Instrumentation systems.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess 710 years of experience in large-scale contracting environments with strong exposure to MEP planning contracts and commercial management. Proven experience in defending claims resolving disputes and managing complex electromechanical projects is essential.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: PMP / Contracts Management Certification / CCP
- Additional: Relevant Gulf compliance or planning certifications
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
