Senior Health Representative Hematology Oncology

Position Summary:

Responsible for maximizing Pfizer brand growth through the different promotional activities and being a business enabler through becoming a territory owner within certain geography.

Primary Tasks:

Product Promotion:

Promote products todesignatedcustomersin order toachieve territory planobjectives.
Implement value added programs across the territory.

Key Activities:

Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products.
Conducting marketing activities/literatures to HCPs.
Providing approved information to HCPs on Pfizer productse.g.proper medical usage dosageamountsand side effects.
Reporting visits and other activities using proper channels.

Customer Relations:

Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge.
Ensure thataccuratetimelyand relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreedprocessese.g.VCCRTEs& F2Fvisits.
Segment and target high potential customers.

Key Activities:
Visiting physicians withfocuson target KOL and selected physiciansin a givengeography to promote Pfizer products and build strongrelationshipwith them.
Providing feedback tomanageron customer requests responses to promotions and productaccessand competitive activities.

Territory Planning & Management:

Diagnosis of situation of territorye.g.local market drivers and initiatives leading tosubsequentdesign and implementation of territory actionplanto achieve businessobjectives.
Develop and execute territory business plan.
Involved in Pfizer community awareness programs.
Attending seminars andparticipatein setting up promotional demonstrations and exhibitions.
Organizing AV activities in his/her areaInitiate& Participatein the nomination andselectionof the local speakers in his/her territory.
Preparing POA for his/ herterritory and products.
Presenting reports according to Management recommendations and market needs.
Planning and organizing regular value-added programs.

Market Intelligence:

Feedback to Team Managers & crossfunctionscolleagues of relevant competitor activity or local issues to ensureappropriate actions.

Teamwork:

Liaise with team members to share informationmotivateand support team members and therefore contribute to the generation and delivery of the territory plan.

Administrative Systems:

Ensureterritory and administrative systems/processes aremaintainedand updated to ensurean accuraterecord of territory is always available.
Timely update of records and systems
Produce reports as requested by managers.
Understand and work incomplywith companys SOPs.
Self-Development:

Proactively implement/update personal development plansin order todevelop self-further withincurrentrole.
Actively seek feedback.
Developownand implement IDP.
Additional Assignments:

As agreed with line manager undertakeadditionalassignments ensuringobjectivesare met and outputs delivered to the brief given.

Criteria for applying:

• Holding of bachelors degree in Pharmawith validregistration license

• Open to Saudi pharmacists only.

• 4-5years ofexperience in the pharmaceutical industryin similar roles.

• Rare diseases oncology and/or hematology therapeutic area experience is: at least 1 year.

• Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.

• Good command of English language speaking writinglisteningand pronunciation
