Senior Civil Engineers

About the Project

A landmark high-rise tower development located in the Riyadh Region Saudi Arabia. The position issite-based. All engineering disciplines are required to be proficient in BIM (Building Information Modelling)and prior experience on high-rise towers is required across technical and engineering positions. This towerexperience does not need to be Riyadh-specific and may have been gained anywhere within the Kingdom ofSaudi Arabia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Main Contractors/Developers site engineer taking full responsibility for direct execution
• resourcing and delivery of civil and structural works.
• Supervise and execute civil and structural works (substructure superstructure concrete works
• waterproofing) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Support and contribute to the execution and coordination of architectural works.
• Review structural drawings shop drawings and method statements for civil works prior to execution.
• Conduct and record formal site work inspections at each construction stage prior to sign-off.
• Coordinate with quality safety and planning teams to ensure works progress per schedule and standards.
• Monitor material and workmanship quality against project specifications and the Saudi Building Code.
• Manage direct labor crews and/or subcontractors performing civil and structural works.
• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and measurement of executed works for interim payment certificates
• and variation evaluation.
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Team and design consultants on RFIs and site queries.
• Supervise and mentor Civil Engineers and site labor assigned to their work fronts.
• Maintain daily site records progress reports and as-built documentation and ensure adherence to health
• and safety requirements.
