Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect specializing in Planning and
• Datasphere to join our Retail track. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing SAP solutions that support our retail operations with a particular focus on planning processes and leveraging SAP Datasphere for advanced analytics and data integration.
• This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise strong business acumen and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP solutions for retail planning forecasting and inventory management utilizing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) SAP Datasphere and related modules.
• Lead the architecture and integration of SAP Datasphere for data warehousing advanced analytics and real-time data processing to support retail business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable sustainable SAP solutions within the retail landscape.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints technical documentation and solution roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Planning solutions Datasphere and other retail systems (e.g. POS ERP CRM).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring best practices in SAP architecture data modeling and solution delivery.
• Support change management user training and adoption strategies for new SAP functionalities in the retail domain.
• Stay abreast of SAP releases innovations and retail industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
• 8 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect in SAP
• Planning (IBP/APO) and Datasphere (or SAP BW/4HANA SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).
• Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in the retail sector with a solid understanding of retail planning merchandising and supply chain processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere architecture data integration and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SAP Analytics Cloud and integration tools (e.g. SAP CPI PI/PO).
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant areas (IBP Datasphere S/4HANA) preferred.
