This role is a strong fit for a sales professional who enjoys helping customers make confident purchase decisions in a showroom environment. As a Salesman you will play an important part in representing the Sealy brand creating a positive customer experience and supporting sales growth through product knowledge service and consistent follow-through.

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture based on their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and explain comfort quality and value clearly.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and closing techniques.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure products are well presented.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support when needed.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in retail sales of mattresses bedroom furniture and premium sleep products.
• Experience serving walk-in retail customers or high-intent showroom buyers with the ability to coordinate effectively with delivery and after-sales teams.
• Hands-on experience using showroom POS systems inventory systems and order-entry software.
• Native proficiency in Arabic and intermediate proficiency in English.
