Job Description:
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities building relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a strong understanding of sales processes and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking cold calling and industry events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable fire protection and electromechanical products/services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing ongoing client support.
- Stay updated on market conditions industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows conferences and related events.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in the fire protection or electromechanical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Jeddah and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated results-driven and detail-oriented.
