Sales Person - Bostani

Bostani is seeking motivated and ambitious salespeople to join its team.

The salesperson will play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service through direct interaction with customers understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Fully familiar with Bostani products and services.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist in displaying products and organizing inventory.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. (But not a requirement)
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to deal with others
• Customer service orientation and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Proficiency in basic math reading and writing
