Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify prospect and secure new corporate leisure group and event business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients travel agencies corporate accounts and business partners.
• Conduct sales calls presentations and site inspections to promote hotel facilities and services.
• Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare sales proposals quotations and contracts for prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Revenue Marketing Reservations and Operations teams to maximize sales performance.
• Maintain accurate client records sales forecasts and activity reports using the companys CRM or sales system.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies brand standards and ethical business practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 35 years of sales experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques market analysis and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or hotel sales management systems.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and travel as required
