Job Summary
On behalf of our client were looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Job Summary:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets develop sales strategies expand the customer base and build strong relationships with key clients. Monitor sales performance identify business opportunities and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Requirements
Saudi National
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in the FMCG industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using CRM and ERP systems
Required Skills:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Diploma in Marketing or equivalent related field. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
