Sales Engineer | Rotating Equipment Sales | Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in rotating equipment to drive sales for workshop services within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities managing key client relationships and promoting workshop services including repair overhaul and maintenance of rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell workshop services including repair overhaul and maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps compressors turbines gearboxes etc.).

Handle sales and service activities related to rotating equipment.

Worked closely with major OEM companies and understand their servicerequirements.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Oil & Gas petrochemical and industrial sectors.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular client visits to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Prepare and submit technical commercial proposals in coordination withengineering and workshop teams.

Achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Coordinate with planning execution and estimation teams for smoothproject delivery.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments.

Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries quotations and tenders.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and workshop operations.

58 years of experience in sales of industrial services preferably in Oil

& Gas sector.

Experience in GCC/KSA market will be an advantage.

Good understanding of maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO)

services.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical understanding of rotating machinery.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Customer-focused with strong business development mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
