Job Summary

The company is looking for a Sales Engineer with deep experience in the contracting and engineering sector to work across two entities (a contracting company and an engineering company) simultaneously. The ideal candidate has advanced pricing and quantity survey (BOQ) skills an influential and professional presence and strong communication skills that reflect the companys image to clients government entities and private sector partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate price quotations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction and engineering projects

- Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients (contractors engineering offices government and private entities)

- Develop sales plans and achieve defined sales targets for both companies

- Coordinate directly with technical and engineering teams to ensure accuracy of submitted proposals

- Represent the company at meetings events and industry exhibitions

- Prepare regular reports on market status competitors and sales performance

- Contribute actively and tangibly to the growth and development plans of both companies

Requirements

- 8 to 15 years of experience in sales within the contracting or engineering sector only (experience from other sectors will not be considered)

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Marketing or a directly related field (candidates without a university degree will not be considered)

- Excellent command of English spoken and written (will be tested during the interview)

- Proven and verifiable track record of closing large-value sales deals

- Must own a personal car valid and ready for daily use

- Willing to work across two companies simultaneously and handle doubled targets under pressure

- Polished professional appearance (attire personal grooming fragrance) with excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Must reside in the companys city or be ready to relocate immediately at own expense

Benefits

- Salary up to 4000 SAR inclusive of transportation and housing allowance

- Sales commission (rate and calculation method to be determined per company policy)
