Reservation Manager

• Manage the daily operations of the reservations department.
• Supervise train and evaluate reservation agents to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor room inventory availability and booking patterns to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently through the property management system.
• Coordinate with Front Office Sales Revenue Management Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Review room allocations group bookings VIP reservations and special requests.
• Monitor reservation channels including direct bookings online travel agencies (OTAs) and corporate accounts.
• Analyze reservation trends booking pace cancellations and no-show reports.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reservation and occupancy reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies rate plans and booking procedures.
• Handle escalated guest inquiries complaints and reservation-related issues professionally.
• Support revenue optimization by implementing approved pricing strategies and promotional offers.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
• Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes efficiency and guest experience.
