The Senior Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise client acquisition and market expansion across Riyadh and surrounding regions in Saudi Arabia. This position is central to the companys growth strategy focusing on securing new business opportunities within high-potential sectors such as education healthcare government construction and industrial enterprises. The ideal candidate will leverage their B2B sales expertise and industry knowledge to identify pursue and close strategic projects involving advanced smart technology solutions including ICT connectivity IoT VDI ELV systems smart terminals robotics and China-to-Saudi technology products. The role demands proactive engagement with key decision-makers strong relationship-building and seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow new enterprise client accounts across Saudi Arabia with a focus on Riyadh and nearby regions
Conduct client meetings and site visits to schools hospitals industrial facilities EPC contractors telecom providers and facility management firms
Identify project opportunities assess client needs budgets and procurement timelines
Organize product presentations technical discussions and site evaluations
Collaborate with internal technical and management teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
Manage the full sales cycle including quotations proposals contract negotiations and payment follow-ups
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver regular business development reports
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners consultants contractors and key stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements:
Currently based in Saudi Arabia preferably in Riyadh
46 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within Saudi Arabia
Prior experience in one or more of the following industries: ICT & Telecom ELV & Low Current Systems IT Solutions & System Integration Facility Management Smart Building Solutions CCTV/Security & Access Control or Enterprise/Project Sales
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Comfortable with field visits client meetings and on-site project evaluations
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Transferable Iqama preferred
Saudi driving license and personal vehicle preferred
Proficient in managing sales pipelines reporting and follow-up processes professionally
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
