Job Summary
Summary: This role involves leading and supervising all scaffolding operations on active Oil & Gas and industrial construction projects in Saudi Arabia ensuring full compliance with ARAMCO safety standards and site regulations. The Scaffold Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining site safety operational efficiency and regulatory compliance serving as a key liaison between engineering safety and site teams. Immediate mobilization is required for qualified candidates who are ARAMCO approved and experienced in high-risk industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily scaffolding activities at the project site
Ensure all work adheres to ARAMCO safety standards and site regulations
Coordinate with engineers safety officers and cross-functional site teams
Conduct regular scaffold inspections and enforce safety procedures
Monitor manpower materials and overall work progress on site
Maintain accurate documentation and submit daily reports
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be ARAMCO approved as a Scaffold Supervisor
Proven experience in scaffolding supervision on industrial or Oil & Gas projects
Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial construction projects is highly advantageous
In-depth knowledge of site safety standards and scaffold operations
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to join immediately; candidates ready for immediate mobilization are preferred
Required Documents:
Ajeet Certificate is mandatory
Valid ARAMCO approval and supporting documents
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
