Responsibilities:
Promote elevator installation services for residential and commercial projects.
Present maintenance and modernization solutions to property owners contractors and businesses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering consultants construction firms real estate developers and facility management companies.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess needs and identify opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and precision.
Expand the companys regional network and contribute to sustained business growth.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Background in elevators construction engineering MEP maintenance or real estate is highly advantageous.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently.
Willingness to travel within Mecca and Jeddah regions for client engagements.
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
